Three weeks ago, on 1st of April, I took the Citizenship test (“Einbürgererungstest”), as the first step on the long way of becoming German citizen. The results came per post today: I have answered correctly all 33 of 33 questions. A real nerd (“Streber”).

Funny coincidence: exactly 8 years ago on this very day, Sunday the 22nd April 2001, I arrived in Germany. Except for this few words – “Ausweiss”, “Halt”, “Los” and “Nicht schiessen”, which I learned as a kid from movies that were important parts of Yugoslavia’s official heroic State culture – I was not able to understand German at all.

GRRRR!
    Svejedno, cestitam ti streberu 🙂
